01The service

HyperFlow SI gives you one API key for several AI models through an OpenAI-compatible API. You sign in with an email or a wallet, fund your account with USDC or USDT, and every request is charged from your balance at the model’s list price.

02Acceptable use

You are responsible for every request made with your API keys. You agree not to use HyperFlow SI to:

• break the law or help someone else break it;
• generate content that sexualizes minors, promotes violence against people, or harasses others;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, billing, or the safety systems of the models you call;
• resell raw access to the API, or share keys outside your own team;
• probe, overload or attack the service or the model providers behind it.

We may refuse requests, pause keys or close accounts that break these rules. Model providers apply their own usage policies on top of ours.

03Payment in credits

A credit is worth $1 of usage, and each USDC or USDT deposited adds one credit. Prices are listed per million tokens on each model’s page and are charged at that list price — there is no subscription and no markup on top of the listed price.

While a request runs, its maximum cost is held from your available balance; when it finishes you are charged the actual cost and the rest of the hold is released.

04Deposits

Deposits are credited after the network confirms them. A deposit sent without your account reference cannot be matched automatically; contact us and we will help.

Deposited balance pays for requests and can't be withdrawn for now.

On-chain transactions are final. Check the destination before you confirm.

05Service limits

Keys are rate limited, and the number of keys per account is capped. You can limit each key to chosen models and to a spending cap. Models can be added, changed or retired; we will keep prices on the model pages current.

HyperFlow SI is provided as is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for model output or for losses beyond the balance held on your account.

06Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will announce it in the console before it takes effect.

01What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign in with email.
• Your wallet address, used for deposits and staking.
• Request metadata for every API call: time, model, API key, token counts, cost, duration and status. We do not store the content of your prompts or of the model’s answers.
• Your balance history: deposits, daily usage and adjustments.

02How we use it

To sign you in, charge requests, show your usage and logs, and credit deposits. Aggregated, anonymous token counts per model feed the public model statistics.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

03Who else sees it

Your requests are forwarded to the model provider that serves them, under that provider’s own privacy terms. Sign-in is handled by Privy. Deposits and staking are public on the network by nature.

04Retention

Request logs are kept for 90 days and then deleted. Balance history is kept for as long as your account exists, because it is the record of your money. Your email and wallet are kept until you ask us to close your account.

05Your choices

You can disable or delete API keys at any time from the console. To export your data or close your account, contact us from the email or wallet on the account.
